Before You Request a Quote

To provide an accurate quotation and ensure your pet meets the legal requirements for travel, we ask that the registered owner completes our enquiry form in full.

The registered owner is the person named on your pet’s EU Pet Passport or the person who will be named on the Animal Health Certificate (AHC).

The 5-Day Rule

Current UK and EU regulations require your pet and the registered owner to enter or leave the UK within five days of each other.

If this requirement isn’t met, the journey is legally classified as a commercial movement, and unfortunately we are unable to provide transport.

For this reason, we strongly recommend waiting until your pet’s travel date has been confirmed before booking your flights.
